Agave ‘Shark Bite’ is a 2016 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of a Hans Hansen creation from the popular Agave ‘Sharkskin Shoes’ (Agave nickelsiae x asperrima). Each 18″ tall x 30″ wide, slowly offsetting rosette of Agave ‘Shark Bite’ is composed of 18″ long, thick, dark gray-green leaves, each decorated with a variable 1/2 to 3/4″ chartreuse margin. This is a superb selection that, like good wine, gets better with age.
