Buddleia ‘Lilac Chip’ is from the breeding work of NCSU’s Dr. Dennis Werner. Buddleia ‘Lilac Chip’, which is a complex hybrid containing Buddleia davidii, Buddleia lindleyana, Buddleia globosa, and Buddleia fallowiana, tops out at only 18″ tall x 30″ wide in two years. The compact clumps are adorned with panicles of fragrant lilac flowers all summer…great for low-flying butterflies!
