The Cherry on Top™ Sorbaria is an enchanting perennial shrub that adds color and texture to a landscape, making it the perfect way to top off a well-manicured space. The Sorbaria sorbifolia has white flower plumes that bloom in summer before transforming into clusters of rich red seed pods that dangle from the branches while providing attractive fall color. The stems are dotted with evenly spaced narrow green foliage that comes to a point.
Sorbaria will grow about 4 to 5 feet tall and wide, making it a natural fit for borders and mass plantings.
