Crinum ‘Cecil’s Choice’ is another in the wonderful group of hybrids between Crinum bulbispermum and Crinum scabrum. This vigorous, fast-offsetting discovery by Florida’s Nestor White produces 3′ tall stalks, starting for us in mid-May, with as many as 18 buds each (when mature). The large, open, fragrant flowers are white with soft pink stripes down each petal, fading to white near the petal tips. Crinum ‘Cecil’s Choice’ is truly an outstanding crinum lily!
