Echinacea ‘Secret Glow’ from Terra Nova is a far cry from what we used to know as coneflowers. In our trials, Echinacea ‘Secret Glow’ puts on a magnificent show, starting in June, with 3′ tall stalks of double golden-orange flowers. Because of the height of the stems and the weight of the double flowers, the stalks can lodge slightly after heavy rains, but we find the stunning appearance of this plant more than makes up for this slight shortcoming.
