Days to Harvest: 49. This heirloom variety produces smooth disc shaped 12cm (5″) squash. The flesh has a creamy texture with a pleasing nutty flavour.
Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in late May and June after the danger of frost has passed. Seed can also be started indoors in paper or fibre pots 3 weeks earlier.
Comments: This summer squash has a bush-type habit. Summer squash does not store for extended periods.
